I am both a certified ADHD and a life coach. I am also licensed as a clinical social worker in Connecticut.
I completed training with the Optimal Functioning Institute (2001) which specializes in ADHD coach training, The Coaches Training Institute (2001) and The Arbinger Institute (2003) which both specialize in life coach training. In addition, I studied at the Ackerman Institute For The Family (1997) where I took a post graduate course in psychotherapy with families in which at least one member is diagnosed with ADHD.
I hold a Master's degree in social work from Columbia University (1974) and a Bachelor's degree in history from New York University (1965). Before establishing a private practice in 1997, I worked extensively in both business and clinical settings.
I am a member of the International Coaches Federation, the Clinical Social Work Association and the National Association of Social Workers.
